Today, Governor Jared Polis announced the appointment of Erin M. Rowe Wilson to fill a vacancy on the Routt County Court in the 14th Judicial District. This judgeship is created by the retirement of the Honorable James H. Garrecht. The vacancy is effective March 7, 2022.
Ms. Wilson is currently a practitioner with The Law Office of Erin Wilson, LLC, a position she has held since 2013. Previously, Ms. Wilson was a Deputy Public Defender in Fort Collins (2006-2013). Ms. Wilson earned her B.A. from University of Southern California in 1988 and her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2006.
