Congressman Steve Chabot’s campaign released the following statement on receiving a unanimous endorsement for reelection from the Warren County Fraternal Order of Police on Wednesday.
“I’m incredibly humbled to have the endorsement and support of the men and women who serve to keep Warren County communities safe.” Congressman Steve Chabot said.
“I’m proud of my record of delivering results for our first responders and police, supporting safer communities and fighting back against extreme voices who try to vilify law enforcement.”
“I’m thankful to the Warren County Fraternal Order of Police and the Cincinnati Fraternal Order of Police for supporting my campaign for reelection,” Chabot continued. “I look forward to continuing to stand with law enforcement and ensure they have the support, training, equipment and respect they need to keep southwest Ohio families safe.”
“My campaign’s growing support from the law enforcement community highlights the contrast between my record and that of my opponent,” Chabot said. “While I’ve always supported those who serve to keep us safe, Greg Landsman sided with the most radical elements of his party by voting to strip a million dollars from law enforcement and introducing a plan to defund the Cincinnati police — even as Cincinnati faced rising crime and more murders. Ohio families simply cannot trust Landsman to keep our communities safe.
