With only nine days until election day, Secretary of State and Democratic nominee for governor Katie Hobbs is attending events and engaging with voters around Arizona to help get out the vote. Across the state, Hobbs is emphasizing how important it is to vote in this election to help defend reproductive rights, tackle inflation, and support public education.

Last night, in her official capacity as Secretary of State, Hobbs attended a Chicanos Por La Causa Action Fund Latino Loud concert to encourage Arizonans to make their voices heard at the ballot box. Hobbs spoke about the importance of voting, the various ways eligible Arizonans can participate, and listened to one of her favorite bands, Orkesta Mendoza!

This morning, Hobbs kicked off another Mission for Arizona canvass in Mesa. She rallied canvassers to knock on doors to help get out the vote for Democrats up and down the ballot.

Hobbs also attended Sunday services at Mount Calvary Baptist Church and First Institutional Baptist Church today, where she met with members of the congregations.

In the final stretch of the election, Hobbs and volunteers all over Arizona are working hard to get out the vote and elect Katie Hobbs as Arizona’s next governor.
