Wednesday, Congressman August Pfluger (TX-11) introduced a Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution, alongside more than 160 House Republicans, to formally nullify President Joe Biden’s tyrannical vaccine mandate imposed on businesses and workers.

Senator Mike Braun (R-IN) also introduced a companion bill in the Senate with the support of all 50 Republican Senators.

“President Biden’s vaccine mandate is clearly unconstitutional,” said Congressman Pfluger. “Forcing hard-working Texans to choose between their jobs and a personal medical decision will not be tolerated. Congress has the ability to nullify this tyrannical mandate, and we should. Our country faces serious problems with skyrocketing inflation, supply chain backlogs, and a shortage of workers. This mandate will only exacerbate these crises further. I will continue to fight for workers and Main Street businesses in Texas-11.”
