Biden, Democrats Hurt Michigan Families With Another Month of Inflation

This morning, the U.S. Department of Labor announced that inflation is at 8.2 percent. This is the ninth consecutive month that Michiganders are facing over 7.0 percent inflation rates and the 16th consecutive month over 5.0 percent. Michigan families and seniors continue to face some of the highest inflation rates since the 1980s."

President Biden's inflation crisis has been hurting Michigan families and seniors for more than a year and a half. They have been forced to spend hundreds of dollars more each month to put gas in their car, put food on their table, and cover the cost of living in Biden's economy," said Congressman John Moolenaar. "When Republicans led the House of Representatives, we had a strong economy with low inflation and affordable energy. We can get there again if we reverse the policies of this failed administration.”
