Yesterday, Rep. French Hill (AR-02) joined Hudson Institute Distinguished Fellow Ken Weinstein for a virtual conversation titled “How Can the World Bank and IMF Assist Ukraine?”
Over 30 years ago, President George H.W. Bush tasked Rep. Hill with leading the design of U.S. technical assistance to the emerging economies of Eastern and Central Europe in the areas of banking and securities following the fall of the Berlin Wall.
