Governor Ron DeSantis today spoke at an event in Hillsborough County, where he received endorsements from the National Federation of Independent Business Florida PAC, Florida Trucking Association PAC, Associated Builders and Contractors of Florida, and the Florida Home Builders Association. This is the first time ever that the Florida Trucking Association PAC has endorsed a candidate in its nearly 90-year history.
Governor Ron DeSantis said:

While other states locked down their economies over the past two years, we kept Florida open and free. As a result, we are leading the country in job creation, and I am grateful for their support.”
Alix Miller, President and CEO of Florida Trucking Association and FTA PAC, said:
“Trucking is connected to every industry in Florida—medical, construction, transportation, hotel and restaurants, retail—all rely on the more than 114,000 trucking companies in the state to stay in business. It’s a new day for Florida trucking. Rusty Payton, CEO of the Florida Home Builders Association, said:
