Today, candidate for U.S. Senate Cheri Beasley cast her ballot at an early polling site in Raleigh. Cheri also joined other candidates with the North Carolina Democratic Party to kick off early voting and encourage people to make a plan to vote.

“When I launched this campaign, I committed to running a people powered campaign for all North Carolinians. And with only 19 days left until the election, it is clear what is at stake in this election – our rights are on the ballot, lower costs are on the ballot, and a strong economy is on the ballot. North Carolinians are ready for change and I am ready to fight for our state and her people every day in the Senate,” said Cheri Beasley.

Cheri has visited all 100 counties in North Carolina and is dedicated to reaching voters where they are. This month she launched her “For the People” Get Out the Vote Tour to hold public forums and community conversations to reach voters across the state.
