LAKEWOOD, CO -- Laurel Imer, congressional candidate for Colorado’s 7th district issued the following statement regarding the shooting last Monday that killed at least 4 and injured 3:
“We are absolutely saddened to hear about this senseless violence in our community especially so close to Christmas. My family and I are praying for the victims, their families, anyone who cared for them, and the police officer who bravely confronted the assailant and was shot in the line of duty”
