Dr. Annie Andrews asks Nancy Mace if she agrees with Governor McMaster's Plan to Ban All Abortions with No Exceptions
Today, Lowcountry pediatrician and Democratic candidate for the First Congressional District Dr. Annie Andrews released the following statement calling on Rep. Nancy Mace to say whether she agrees with Governor McMaster’s plan to ban abortion with no exceptions:
“Earlier this week, Governor Henry McMaster said if the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, he would call the legislature back into session to pass a total abortion ban with no exceptions for rape, incest, or life of the mother. The women of the First Congressional District deserve to know if Nancy Mace would support this radical policy. She has previously stated she would not support an abortion ban without exceptions. Is this still her position or has Katie Arrington scared her into reversing yet another position in hopes of saving her political career?”
