Congressman Brad Wenstrup (R-Ohio) announced that the winner of the 2021 Congressional Art Competition is Cate Casey, a senior from Turpin High School. She won first place this year with her piece, “Cincinnati Zoo Animals." Her artwork will be displayed with all winning entries from congressional districts across the country in the U.S. Capitol for one year.
