From January 14, 2022 post.

The GOP Doctors Caucus issued the following statement after the United States Supreme Court blocked the Department of Labor vaccine mandate on businesses with 100 or more employees:

“The Biden administration’s federal vaccine mandates have alienated Americans and further divided our country. We are pleased that the Supreme Court blocked this one-size-fits-all rule on private businesses. It is a win for the American people and relieves the unnecessary stress that has been placed on them by this rule. Hopefully, this action from our highest court will signal to the administration that our focus must shift to research, development, and mass production of effective COVID-19 therapeutics.”

They also added, “Unfortunately, the Court failed to protect Americans by allowing the mandate on health care workers in federally funded facilities to go into place. It will undoubtedly put even more strain on our health care system and jeopardize patient access to care.”
