(Las Vegas, NV) – Today, John Kovacs’ campaign for Nevada’s Third Congressional District released the following statement on the verdict in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial:

“Today, truth and justice prevailed in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The jury in the Kyle Rittenhouse case correctly found him ‘not guilty’ on all counts and, in doing so, upheld Americans’ right to self-defense. All the evidence pointed to a justified use of force to ward off attackers, and the jury summarily agreed.

Despite this, the ‘woke’ activist media demanded Rittenhouse be charged with murder and in the process, they smeared him as a ‘white supremacist’ and ‘domestic terrorist’ in direct contradiction of the facts. The prosecution was motivated by politics, while the defense stuck to the evidence, allowing justice to prevail.

We are grateful that the jury saw through the noise and delivered justice for Kyle Rittenhouse and his family.”
