Today, Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak ordered flags of the United States and the State of Nevada to be flown at half-staff at the State Capitol and State public buildings and grounds from sunrise until sunset on Friday, October 28, 2022 in observance of the funeral service honoring fallen Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Officer Truong Thai.
Today, Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak issued a proclamation naming October 31 as Nevada Day and issued a message in honor of the Silver State’s 158th birthday.
