RENO, Nev. — On Wednesday, Sam Brown for U.S. Senate announced it is launching its THIRD broadcast television ad. “Amy” introduces Nevada voters to Amy Brown, an Iraq War veteran and critical care dietitian. Sam and Amy Brown met during his recovery in the burn unit at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas.

In the ad, Amy Brown describes how Sam Brown spent his recovery encouraging and supporting fellow veterans who also experienced burn trauma. She reaffirms Sam’s commitment to service, faith, family America and doing “what’s right, not what’s easy.”

SCRIPT: “Sam and I have been married for almost 13 years now. Being burned is incredibly painful, but yet he had a desire to serve everyone around him — to seek out patients that were struggling with identity, which isn’t uncommon in the burn unit, to try to encourage them. Sam tries to teach our children, first and foremost, about his faith which he found on the battlefield. Just service to this country….he does what’s right, not what’s easy.”

“Amy” will run on broadcast television statewide. Sam Brown’s first two ads “Duty” and “People’s Agenda” will continue to run statewide.

Sam Brown is running against establishment-backed Adam Laxalt in the Nevada GOP primary. He has raised millions from small dollar donors across America looking for new conservative leadership.
