RENO, Nev. — Republican U.S. Senate candidate Captain Sam Brown has launched a new statewide radio ad campaign titled "Proven."
"Proven" introduces voter to the events and aftermath of Sam Brown's "Alive Day" with firsthand accounts from two Afghanistan war veterans who were firsthand witnesses to the IED explosion that severely burned and nearly killed Sam Brown on September 4, 2008.
In the ad, fellow combat veterans Anthony Roszko and Kevin Jensen speak to Brown's "selfless courage" from the moments after the IED attack that left him severely burned on the battlefield and throughout his long recovery.
