Former U.S. Representative and Democratic gubernatorial candidate Joe Cunningham released an ad on Monday. The new ad, “Family,” introduces Cunningham’s son, along with his nieces and nephews, before Cunningham outlines his plans for South Carolina. The ad is backed by a six-figure TV buy and will run in the Charleston, Columbia and Greenville TV markets.

"Right now, I’m worried about all our kids’ futures," said Cunningham. “I’m running for governor to put term limits on politicians, pay our teachers more, and actually do something about our crime problem. It’s our responsibility to leave a better South Carolina for our kids and that will be a guiding principle for everything I fight for as governor.”
