WORCESTER, Mass. – Republican Jeffrey Sossa-Paquette is running to represent the 2nd Massachusetts Congressional District in the House of Representatives this fall. He is challenging Rep. Jim McGovern (D-Worcester) (full interview here), who has served in Congress since 1997.

AUSTIN – Governor Greg Abbott yesterday joined Stormy Bradley, Marc LaHood, and Representative Ellen Troxclair for campaign stops in San Angelo, San Antonio, and Boerne, respectively, to urge Texans to support them in their bids for election to the Texas House of Representatives.
AUSTIN – Governor Greg Abbott yesterday urged Texans to support Dr. Greg Bonnen for re-election to House District 24 and Representative Stan Gerdes for re-election to House District 17 at campaign stops in League City and Bastrop, respectively.
AUSTIN – Governor Greg Abbott yesterday urged Texans to rally behind Caroline Fairly for House District 87, Representative Stephanie Klick for House District 91, and Representative Matt Shaheen for House District 66 during campaign stops in Amarillo, North Richland Hills, and Frisco, respectively. Governor Abbott kicked off the day in Amarillo to spotlight Caroline Fairly as an upcoming conservative champion who Texans in House District 87 need to elect as their next State Representative. The Governor noted that Caroline will be a strong partner in the Texas Legislature to keep Texas the best place to live, work, and raise a family.
AUSTIN – Governor Greg Abbott yesterday encouraged Texans to support Mike Olcott for House District 60, Representative David Spiller for House District 68, and Representative Lynn Stucky for House District 64 during campaign stops in Mineral Wells, Jacksboro, and Decatur, respectively.
Marc LaHood, a Republican candidate for Texas State House District 121, has criticized his primary opponent, incumbent Rep. Steve Allison, accusing him of not representing the values of the district. LaHood referred to a bill Allison authored in the 87th Legislative Session, HB 445, which he alleged would mandate Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practices in public schools.
