Cleveland, OH – Renacci for Governor released a new ad entitled “Democrat DeWine,” featuring Mike DeWine mimicking his Democrat counterparts during his brutal shutdown of Ohio. During the pandemic, DeWine’s shutdown hurt businesses, drove jobs to other more friendly states, and prevented our children from resuming in-person schooling, parroting the job other Democrat governors like Andrew Cuomo and Gavin Newsom did in their states. With a record like that, DeWine might as well run as a Democrat in their primary.

“Ohioans have seen for the last few years their state is led by an Andrew Cuomo wannabe who takes his orders from Democrats and his special interest friends in Columbus,” Jim Renacci said. “Mike DeWine looks like a Democrat, sounds like a Democrat, and governs like a Democrat. Ohio needs a true conservative leader who has the business experience and steadfast values to undo all the misery DeWine has trafficked into our state.”
