New Mexico announces third meeting on behavioral health reform

The New Mexico Health Care Authority and the Administrative Office of the Courts have announced the third meeting of the Executive Committee under the Behavioral Health Reform and Investment Act, also known as Senate Bill 3. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 30, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Senate Finance Committee Room in Santa Fe.

This committee is focused on developing the framework and regional implementation of this significant legislation, which aims to transform behavioral health services across New Mexico by involving all three branches of government and community stakeholders.
