Ridley Park, Pa. – The Dave White for Governor Campaign announced today that it has received the endorsement of the Tioga County Commissioners: Roger Bunn, Erick Coolidge, and Mark Hamilton.

Dave White said: “I am honored to receive the endorsement of Commissioners Bunn, Coolidge, and Hamilton. Pennsylvania’s northern tier and the vast energy reserves at our fingertips will be critical to our Commonwealth’s future.  As Governor, I will be committed to partnering with the Commissioners to provide expanded opportunities to grow and prosper in Tioga County.  I look forward to working with the Commissioners in the weeks and months to come to bring less talk and more action to Harrisburg and for all of Pennsylvania.”

Commissioner Roger Bunn said: “I am proud to endorse Dave White for Governor.  Dave has made expanding Pennsylvania’s energy sector a cornerstone of his campaign.  He has made it clear that the northern tier is a priority to him and will be for his administration, and I am proud to stand side-by-side with him in the May primary and then again in November.”

Commissioner Mark Hamilton said: “Providing job opportunities for Pennsylvania’s blue-collar workforce is critical to our future in Tioga County, and Dave White is the one candidate we can trust to follow through with his commitment to our families.  The future can be bright in Tioga County, and it will take leadership and know-how to make that promise a reality.  Dave White will be a Governor who will never forget or take rural Pennsylvania communities for granted.”

Commissioner Erick Coolidge said: “We need to expand vocational educational opportunities for communities all across Pennsylvania, particularly here in the northern tier where jobs in the energy and agricultural sectors demand training.  Dave White understands these needs because he is a union pipefitter himself.  He graduated from vo-tech and he knows that the ability to work with your hands can be as valuable as a college diploma.  With Dave White as Governor, hardworking Pennsylvania families will know that they have a champion fighting for them, their futures, and their communities.”

In addition to earning the endorsement of the Tioga County Commissioners, Dave White’s campaign for Governor has united Republican Party leaders and activists from every corner of Pennsylvania.  Dave White emerged victorious in four of the PAGOP’s five regional straw polls, and his campaign has also earned the endorsement of the Bucks, Butler, Delaware, Montgomery, and Lebanon County GOPs.
