John Moolenaar for Congress: Biden Should End His Appeal of Mask Ruling

After the mask mandate for public transportation was struck down by a federal judge on Monday, the Biden Administration announced the Department of Justice would appeal the decision if the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention deemed the mandate to be necessary.

"This week, Americans have celebrated the end of the federal transit mask mandate, and now the Biden Administration is considering legal appeals that would take that joy away. President Biden should join passengers, flight attendants, pilots, and other transportation workers in celebrating the end of this pandemic restriction and end the legal appeals process. Then, he should also immediately end his vaccine requirement for truck drivers who cross the border, and his mask mandate on toddlers,” said Congressman John Moolenaar. "I trust Michigan families to make the decisions that are best for them and believe Biden’s mandates and restrictions should have been done away with long ago."

Since the ruling on Monday, the Biden Administration's response to the ruling has been muddled and confusing for the American people.
