Ezra Scott for Congress: Michigan Congressional Candidate responds to the current Ukrainian crisis

Michigan’s 5th Congressional District candidate Ezra Scott had some pretty harsh thoughts on the Administration’s handling of the current crisis in Ukraine.

When asked about the crisis, Scott responded; this has all the indicators that our President has been (as many have thought)

compromised by the Ukrainian government. The fact is, Ukraine is not yet a full member of NATO, and it is one thing to talk tough with Russia, and it is quite another to be sending hardware and troops to the Ukraine/Russia border. Is Biden contemplating a war with Russia? It sure does appear that way.

Scott continued; has this President lost his mind? Have we not learned from history? Adolf Hitler tried to move on to Russia. Does anyone remember Stalingrad during WWII? Napoleon attempted to fight a war with Russia in the winter, and it did not

work out so well for him either. Today America owns some 8,700 tanks globally. Russia has over 22,000, according to most

reports. They already have over 100,000 troops stationed on the border of Ukraine, and Biden is sending over 8,500 men and

some hardware. On the surface, this doesn’t appear to bode well for our 8,500 soldiers, nor our NATO allies who are also being sucked into this confrontation.

The fact is, America is struggling at the moment. We are struggling with COVID, jobs, debt, and much more. We do not

need to be picking fights with one of the strongest Armies on the planet in the middle of winter on their home turf. This sure looks like yet another distraction by the Biden Administration to take American’s eyes off his domestic failures. This has all the hallmarks of not ending well.
