Arkansas

ORGANIZATIONS IN THIS STORY

Congressman Steve Womack (AR-3) released the following statement after voting to uphold the sanctity of life by taking action against H.R. 3755, legislation part of House Democrats’ extreme pro-abortion agenda. The bill would abolish several federal and state pro-life laws and remove nearly all pro-life protections for the unborn:

“We must protect the voiceless. This extreme legislation would invalidate nearly every pro-life law in the country and threaten conscience protections for medical professionals. I voted against this egregious attack on life. I will always defend the unborn and sanctity of life.”

Congressman Steve Womack (AR-3) has represented Arkansas’s Third Congressional District since 2011. He is a member of the House Appropriations Committee.
