Today, Congresswoman Lisa McClain (R-MI) urged the Biden Administration to deal with the crisis at the southwest border without sending the problem up to northern states, like Michigan.
“Recent reports that the Biden Administration is planning to fly illegal aliens, who recently crossed the southwest border, to northern border states are deeply troubling,” said Rep. McClain. “We already know these illegal aliens are not being tested for the coronavirus before being released into Texas communities. We cannot let this happen in Michigan.”
McClain represents Michigan’s 10th Congressional District, which is home to the Blue Water Bridge, an international border crossing.
