Both Infringe on Our Second Amendment Right
“Through new arbitrary rules, these gun control bills make it harder for law-abiding West Tennessee families to protect themselves and their loved ones. These bills trespass on the Second Amendment. They would place more restrictive burdens on law-abiding gun owners and at the same time fail to stop criminals from obtaining firearms. These bills also do not make our communities safer,” said Rep. Kustoff. “During my time in Congress, I have and will continue to oppose efforts that infringe on our Second Amendment rights.”
