Today, the Supreme Court ruled that states with tuition assistance programs that help students attend private school cannot exclude schools based on religious beliefs.

“Parents will now be further empowered to choose the schools and educational opportunities that are best for their children. This is a victory for parents, students, and educational freedom,” said Congressman John Moolenaar, the chairman of the Congressional School Choice Caucus.
