Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced that the University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC) will receive a $539,000 grant from the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke for clinical research on traumatic brain injuries.
Congressman Cohen made the following statement:
“This critical funding will support research that will improve outcomes and potentially save lives. Every investment in our medical school by the National Institutes of Health is welcome and sustaining.”
