Congressman Cohen Announces Grant for University of Memphis from the National Institute of General Medical Sciences

Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced that the University of Memphis will receive a grant of $327,646 for a project entitled “Data Mining and Machine Learning Guided QM/MM and QM-Cluster Modeling of Enzymatic Reactions.” 

Congressman Cohen made the following statement: 

“It is always good to see this type of investment in research at the University of Memphis. This funding will support important research on biological chemistry and advance the development of life-saving medications.”
