U.S. Rep. Andy Levin, D-Bloomfield Township, said Haitian migrants are facing cruel treatment at the southern border.

Levin, co-chair of the House Haiti Caucus, convened a press conference Thursday hours after news broke that the Biden administration's special envoy to Haiti had resigned.
