Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced that St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital will receive a $1,638,000 grant from the National Institute of General Medical Sciences’ “New Innovator Award” program for research on metabolism.
Congressman Cohen made the following statement:
“Understanding life-sustaining chemical reactions in our children’s bodies is critical to good health and good treatment outcomes. I am pleased to see St. Jude again recognized as an ‘innovator’ in this critical research.”
