Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) recognized the annual Labor Day holiday on Monday, September 5, with the following statement:

“Labor Day provides an opportunity to appreciate all that the working people of this country have accomplished. The pandemic and other stresses, such as working from home and observing public health protocols, have made work-life balance more difficult in recent years, but it is important to maintain a healthy perspective. American workers deserve our recognition this Labor Day and every other day as our nation enjoys the fruits of their labor. I wish all my staff and constituents a safe and happy holiday.”
