DENVER  — Today, Governor Jared Polis signed 19 bills into law, issued two vetoes, and signed an Executive Order. 

Governor Polis signed the following bills administratively:

To accompany the signing of HB21-1266, Governor Polis signed an Executive Order formally prohibiting relevant state agencies and their personnel from planning or implementing cap-and-trade in Colorado, and affirming the administration’s all-of-government plan and approach to bold climate action and commitment to achieving 100% renewable energy by 2040. 

Governor Polis vetoed the following bills:
