Congresswoman Ashley Hinson (IA-01) joined KIMT3 to discuss her recent travel throughout Northeast Iowa and how she plans to address challenges working families in Iowa are facing in Congress.

On lowering gas prices: "I've been very adamant that we need to look to biofuels. Ethanol is a great option. It can be scaled nationwide very quickly. A green friendly, carbon friendly fuel option that could help drive the cost of fuel down right away."

On workforce shortages: "It's very clear we need to be focused on innovative workforce solutions and figuring out ways where we, as federal policymakers, can help support advancing freedom and opportunity."
