| "Vladimir Putin's evil knows no bounds--the missile used to attack Ukrainian refugees had the phrase 'for the children' painted on it. My heart is breaking for the people of Ukraine and I am praying for those who lost loved ones this morning. Putin must be held accountable by the international community for his blatant disregard for human life and tried as a war criminal.
