I propose actionable two parallel means to achieve
Term Limits for Congress & Supreme Courts.
1) Long term strategy : Active Term Limits Pledge signers.
As a wikipedian, I've learned that US Congress has been exponentially dysfunctional since 1985 per the undue influence of Grover Norquist's recklessly successful Anti-Tax Pledge, he mostly targets 'all the young (dudes)', conservative elected congress members. Grover Norquist, the most powerful person in Washington DC, never elected. Any conservative members who break the pledge have been unseated in congress by Grover.
Despite all that garbage, I propose applying that successful strategy for good, towards the US Term Limits Pledge. As your elected Senator, in 6 years, I will personally confront all 538 members of congress to sign the US Term Limits Pledge.
I do not expect the older entrenched members of congress to partake in signing the pledge, I have expectations the younger ones will respectfully understand the safety importance of term limits and will sign on; hopefully in the long term end game, this will seed an eventual collective mass of agreeable congress members, a generation or two later, will finally pass legislation for Congress & Supreme Court Term Limits.
2) Interim strategy : I enter a personal Term Limits contract with WA State.
My personal goal, is 1 Senate term . Because WashDC is toxic as fuck.
Lead by example, I seek legal help devising a creative legal framework, a 2 term limits contract with WA State that would prohibit Ravin Pierre from serving beyond 2 terms. I, under my own volition, enter the punishable contract with The Governor, Secretary of State and/or Attorney General of WA State. The punishment, I go to prison.
I'm putting my balls on the line for this. Other candidates should too with their gonads.
Realize, if Texas degenerates can successfully devise a legal bypass torture system of abortion bounty hunting, then WA State can get creative about a legal bypass on much needed term limits.
(Personally, in an ideal world, I wish that if the 118th Congress fails to pass an annual budget on time, all members should be banned from running for re-election. No exceptions)
