Miller-Meeks Announces Tyler Menzler as New Chief of Staff

Today, June 15th, 2022, Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks (IA-02) announced the hire of Tyler Menzler as her office’s new Chief of Staff.

“I am thrilled to welcome Tyler to the team as our new Chief of Staff. Tyler brings years of private sector, federal, and political experience to my office,” said Miller-Meeks. “I believe Tyler’s background and knowledge will be instrumental in leading my staff in Washington and Iowa. I look forward to working with him to best serve the people of Iowa’s Second Congressional District for years to come.”

Tyler joins the office after previously serving as Chief of Staff for Congressman Dan Meuser (PA-09). Prior to returning to Capitol Hill, Menzler’s notable experience includes the Director of Legislative Affairs for the Cigar Association of America, the Trump Administration, and former House Transportation Chairman, Bill Shuster.

“Congresswoman Miller-Meeks has already garnered the reputation of working tirelessly for the people of Iowa’s Second Congressional District,” said Menzler. “I am honored to join her staff and to lead such a great team to continue delivering top-tier constituent services.”  

Tyler is a native of Donora, Pennsylvania. A graduate of Wheeling Jesuit University, he and his wife reside in Arlington, Virginia.
