Today, Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09), a senior member of the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure, took time to advocate for a Memphis-to-Nashville Amtrak route at a hearing on “Investing in our Nation’s Transportation Infrastructure and Workers: Why it Matters.”

In his questions to Amtrak CEO Stephen Gardner, Congressman Cohen asked about a Memphis-to-Nashville route to supplement existing routes linking Memphis to Chicago and New Orleans.
