WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) today made this statement on the passing of former U.S. Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter.
“I’m very sad to hear of the passing of former Secretary of Defense Ash Carter.
“He was a good friend and worked hard for the men and women in uniform on his watch.
“He will be missed by his many friends and his loving family.
“Rest in Peace, my friend.”
